Problems
The connection seems specious to the author. The wording is different, the context is different (and actually is supported by ancient evidence), and correlation does not equal causation. The other works done in response to this (and rebuttals in this series of articles) theory weaken the chances of the Late War bearing any weight on the question of authorship.
